AMC348

A MicroTCA graphics board is an AMC plug-in module that provides graphics processing and display capabilities inside a MicroTCA chassis.

It may contain:

• A GPU or graphics processor
• Video outputs such as DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI, or VGA
• Graphics memory
• PCIe connectivity to a processor AMC through the MicroTCA backplane
• Sometimes video capture or image-processing interfaces

Typical uses include:

• Driving monitors from an embedded MicroTCA computer
• Processing camera or video data
• GPU-accelerated image analysis
• Visualization of radar, medical, scientific, or industrial data
• General-purpose GPU computing

Description:

AMC348 is a low cost AMC graphic module. Designed to meet the graphics needs of Military, Defense, Industrial and Telecom applications that requires a simple graphic interface.

The board features Silicon Motion’s SM750 graphics processor chipset. The display mode supports screen resolutions up to 1920×1080 @ 60 Hz for dual mode monitor.

The AMC348 is AMC.1 compliant and is available in a single module, mid or full-size form factor. The front panel has an LHF style connector (DMS-59).
