A MicroTCA graphics board is an AMC plug-in module that provides graphics processing and display capabilities inside a MicroTCA chassis.
It may contain:
A GPU or graphics processor
Video outputs such as DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI, or VGA
Graphics memory
PCIe connectivity to a processor AMC through the MicroTCA backplane
Sometimes video capture or image-processing interfaces
Typical uses include:
Driving monitors from an embedded MicroTCA computer
Processing camera or video data
GPU-accelerated image analysis
Visualization of radar, medical, scientific, or industrial data
General-purpose GPU computing
